PIONEERING

This field of business was completely unknown in Bulgaria before the year 2004 and even today, only a few companies are offering professional property management services in this country. We are proud to be probably the first Bulgarian company that started offering full property management and letting services to our valued clients. The matter is quite new for Bulgaria and the laws of our country have still not caught up with the regulation of this business. Property Management BG has been a pioneer in this business and has established the procedure and know-how for carrying out these activities in Bulgaria, legally and according to the strict regulations of the Civil Law and the Tourism Law.
Our company started with a small office in Sofia and just 3 employees, but has quickly grown to a staff of 30 employees in 4 offices covering all the popular cities and resorts in Bulgaria plus more than 60 towns/villages in 4 regions of the country.

NEW SERVICES

At the moment we are providing all popular management and letting services.
However we are constantly monitoring the property and travel market in Bulgaria, and we are continuing to include new services in our portfolio to meet the needs of the modern property investor. From next year we will also start to provide transportation services with our own bus and shuttle transport in the area of the ski resort of Bansko (from the accommodation to the first station of the Gondola lift) and also in the area of Sunny Beach (from the accommodation to the beach).
