We are ready to provide our Franchise Partners with complete set of services, training, technology and corporate image. Our Franchise offices are independently owned, but trading under our trademark "PROPERTYMANAGEMENT.BG".
We are interested in Franchise partnerships for all towns and resorts in Bulgaria.
Here are the main benefits and services we provide for our Franchise partners:
• Complete training of your manager and key members of the staff
• Know-how
• Legal issues, provision of sample contracts
• Finance and accountancy advice
• Corporate image and brand
• Advertising in all our own advertising channels incl. company website, company catalogue and brochures
• Marketing campaigns, exhibitions, travel-shows
• Use of our unique web based Reservation and Accountncy System (RAS)
• Use of our tailor-made reception desk software and hotel management system (web-based)
• Use of our HRS system for controlled access and reports (web based)
• Unlimited advice and guidance regarding all issues of the business

Financial conditions for our Franchise program:
• Franchise fee of 24,000 Euros (VAT included). One time fee to be paid when signing our Franchise contract
• Monthly fee of 3% of your monthly turnover, but munimum 600 Euros (VAT included) per month. First year of Franchise is free of Monthly Fees.
