Property Management BG is currently operating from 4 offices in Bulgaria. Each office covers all properties within a 50 km radius, except for the Sofia office which covers only the Sofia city districts. This means that in locations close to our main offices, we are able to provide all our property management and rental services. For properties located further afield, we have at our disposal our own vehicles and drivers. Should they be required, we charge 0.20 Euros per km for transportation.

Please note that we concentrate our services on properties located in the main cities and resorts, so investors who have purchased rural properties/country houses or villas from our partners BulgarianProperties and Property.BG will get full property management care by the Aftersale Departments of the real estate company they purchased with.
