We produce free snag lists for properties under our management & letting servics.
The snag list is the list of the things that you are not happy with when your property is completed.

We offer preparation of snag lists for your new property located at any area of the country.

What we do is to go around the property carefully and make a list of all the things that have not been completed, do not look right or are not done according to the plans and the regulations. We also take pictures of the problems in question and finally prepare a detailed report and snag list. One of the copy (in English) is for the client (we send the report and photos by e-mail to you) and the other copy is in Bulgarian language and we hand it to the developer/project manager to work and fix the problems we have found and to make sure that everything is put right. We allow 7-14 days for the problems to be fixed and make second inspection to see if eveything is done right. Once all improvements are made we accept the property and report to you.

We can prepare snag lists for properties located in the areas of Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Bansko, Borovets, Pamporovo, Sofia. For other locations we will charge additionally to cover our transport costs.
