Our Aparthotel is offering nice and spacious accommodation at most reasonable price. We are located just 5 minutes walk from the Gondola lift and also 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bansko.
All apartments have free Internet access by LAN. A modern Spa & Sports centre (see more info below) is available at the complex too.
Breakfast and meals are served in the restaurant of the located nearby Eagle's Nest aparthotel.
If you are arriving on Sofia Airport, we can meet you provide one-way pick-up service with our shuttle van.
Available for short- or long-term lets are 30 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each one beautifully furnished and fully fitted with kitchen and cooking facilities.

Each apartment has a lounge with folding sofa-bed and a coffee table, 21-inch colour TV with international channels (inclusive Eurosport, BBC, CNN, MTV, etc.), 14-inch TV in every bedroom, Internet by LAN, stereo sound system with CD & MP3 player, open-plan kitchenette with all cooking and eating facilities and equipped with refrigerator, oven with cooking plates, microwave, toaster, cutlery.
The single bedroom apartments will suit well 2 persons, but can accept maximum up to to 4 persons (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the folding sofa at the living room).
The two-bedroom apartments will suite 4 persons, but can sleep maximum up to 6 persons and the three-bedroom apartments can accommodate easily 6 persons in each bedroom and up to 8 persons if using the folding sofa in the lounge.
It is also important to know that the apartments have open-plan kitchenettes which are interconnected with the living room.
Most of the apartments have mountain views, but the ones facing south have beautiful views to Pirin (the mountain of Bansko).
These luxury apartments are equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, incl. all bedding/linen. Cleaning service is provided daily and is free of charge.
There are 8 allocated parking spaces in front of the building, available for use free of charge on first come first serve basis. Underground garages are available for use at 5 Euros for 24 hours.
There is also a ski/snowboard equipment storage on the ground floor.
A modern Spa & Sports centre is operating at the development with a sauna, jacuzzi, steam-room and gym. Guests are expected to pay a small fee to use these facilities.
During the ski season we are running our own ski-bus for guests who do not want to walk to the first station of the Gondola lift. Guests are charged 1 Euro per day to use our ski-bus.
