We just made the plane last night and now we are back in Rome, wishing we were still on the Bansko slopes! I want to let you know we very much appreciate the effort you and the staff at Redenka made to make our visitvery pleasant. Also we'd like to thank very much the driver and his friend for their really extraordinary effort in getting through that snowstorm and traffic so we could get our flight. We'll be spreading the good word about Redenka and Bansko and hope to revisit soon.

Hello again! We are already month and a half at Redenka. It’s just wonderful! Special thanks to the property manager Stefan who is really amazing. For him there is nothing impossible. He is able to deal swiftly with any problem. He’ll even fix the weather for you. We thank all the staff. Honestly we haven’t met such good, kind and hard-working people elsewhere, not even during our stay in Palma de Mallorca. I would also like to say thanks to Miss Lidia Naidenova from office Sofia. If you would like to find out something more about Redenka or some other complex just contact her. She is young, friendly and she will respond professionally to all of your queries. Finally a big constructive criticism: please find a way to resolve the issue with the outdoor swimming pool. Do not let the cold swimming pool chase away the families with children.
