This modern one-bedroom apartment is located at the best central part of Sofia on the quiet Tsar Assen Str. The apartment is less than a minute walking to Sofia's main shopping street - Vitosha Boulevard, 3 minutes walking to the National Palace of Culture and within few minutes from the most popular and trendy restaurants and bars in the centre of the capital. Food shops are available nearby.
The apartment is newly refurbished and furnished with all new items and appliances.
Internet connection (LAN) is available free of charge in this apartment. Written instructions on how to connect to the Internet are available in the apartment, please make sure your computer has a LAN card installed.
Equipped with 2 colour TVs (available in each room) with 70 local and international channles including CNN, BBC, Eurosport, MTV, etc. Also DVD & CD system with home cinema, washing machine, microwave, oven with cooking plates, refrigerator, cofee-making facilities, all cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, bedding/linen, etc.
The whole apartment is air-conditioned which is very important for a pleasant stay during the hot summer months.
A queen size double bed is available at the bedroom. In the living room there is a folding sofa which allows two more persons to sleep there. The living room can be closed from the kitchenette, so it allows privacy for more persons who may sleep there.
Ensuite toilet and power shower.
A telephone working with pre-paid calling cards is available on request (please let us know in advance if you want to use it).
This apartment can be occupied by max. 4 persons, although it is mostly suitable for two persons or a couple.
Further the apartment has a balcony overlooking a nice and quiet patio garden. The location is very quiet and pleasant, so guests will be fully satisfied with their stay here.
Allocated parking space near the apartment is available to rent at 5 Eur per 24 hrs (let us know in advance). Off-road parking (free of charge) is possible in front of the apartment building on first come - first serve basis.
Cleaning and change of linen and towels is provided every 3 days.
All guests will be met at Sofia Airport/Train station and free transportation by our car will be provided.
Guests staying for more than 1 month will be offered a special rate.
Prices are final, inclusive of all taxes.
