In the new development building of Aquamarine we offer this nice and cozy first floor studio apartment for summer holidays in Bulgarian busiest resort of Sunny Beach. It takes just 5 minutes walking to get to the beach and less than 15 minutes walk from the shops and the restaurants in the center of the resort.
The studio is luxury furnished and provided with all necessary facilities needed for pleasant stay in it. An open plan kitchenette with all appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, all the cutlery, refrigerator and washing machine) is installed for the comfort and facilitation for the guests of the apartment. The cable TV with international channels and the CD player raise the standard level of the apartment and the air condition installed makes the summer heats bearable.
In this studio apartment can sleep up to 4 persons, as there is a folding sofa bed provided as well.
The studio comprises a balcony where you can have a rest, whilst sitting with a cup a coffee and enjoying the view to the complex swimming pool which is entirely at the disposal of its guests.
Cleaning is provided every three days.
From the public transport station which is just on the opposite side of the road you can take a bus to the ancient monumental town of Nessebar or just have a short and pleasant walk to there both along the beach or the safety lane.
