The complex is within a short walk from the busy centre and just 5 minutes away from its nice beach where you can take sun bathe, swim in the Black sea or even sit down at the local bars and enjoy a cold beer.
Being on the second floor of the complex (an elevator available) this luxurious one bedroom apartment comprises a sunny living room provided with a comfortable leather sofa bed, 21 –inch TV set with a cable TV, stylish opened plan kitchenette (fully equipped with all major kitchen appliances), one bright bedroom, one spacious bathroom and two nice balconies. The air-condition installed in the apartment, gives you the feeling of comfort once you get into it.
The pool area downstairs features an opened swimming pool and a nice bar – perfect for enjoying the warm Sunny Beach sun while having a drink.
For those who come to Sunny Beach by car, there is an allocated parking lot in front of the complex where you can leave your car without worries. In the supermarket which is also available at the complex you can find different kinds of food, drinks and cosmetic products.
The complex enjoys a fantastic access to the public transport as well. A few steps away from it you can take a bus to the center of the resort or to the ancient town of Nessebar where the old spirit is still alive and the small narrow roads- full of live.
