Cancellation and changes can be made as follows:
* for reservations during the Summer Season - in case of a change or cancellation a written note is required at least 3 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival.
* in case of a late cancellation after the above mentioned terms a penalty fee amounting to the first pension will be due.
* in case of no-show a penalty fee amounting to 2 pensions will be due.
* 100 % advanced payment is required at least 2 days before accommodation.
