Due to the increased volume of interest and holiday bookings of properties in the beautiful countryside of Bulgaria, we decided to start offering Management & Letting services to rural properties in Bulgaria. The so called "Rural and Green Tourism" is gainig more and more popularity in Bulgaria and last year is monitored an increased number of tourists looking for such accommodation.
The majority of the tourists are young and highly qualified Bulgarians living and working in successful companies in the big towns and cities of Bulgaria. Quite often now the people are looking to escape from the urban type of living and stress in the cities. The tranquility of the typical Bulgarian villages is providing relaxation and rest, so valuable things nowdays. Foreign tourists have also discovered the beauty of the Bulgarian villages and more people come from abraod for such activities.
We generally have the similar conditions for managing and letting of villas and rural properties. Owners of such properties who require our services should know that their properties must be in good order throughout, fully furnished and fitted with cooking and eating facilities (see our list all necessary items). It is also typical that we will be able to provide cleaning and change of linen once on every 7 nights of stay. There will be also increased transport costs for us to accommodate a new guest or to visit the property after it has been left by the guest. The rural areas will be served by our local offices located 10-50 km from the property.
We will accept for management & letting only properties purchased with BulgarianProperties. We reserve the right not to accept properties not matching the required standard.
